I loved the central location of the hotel despite the entrance being through the middle of a restaurant which I found a little unusuall but it was like stepping into a secret garden from the loud street noise into this magical world and a secret garden where you could switch off the noise and unwind I loved that plus the beauty of the bamboo trees and other equally beautiful plants within the centre of the property was magical

- great location and surprisingly SUPER quiet (room 21) - very cute decor and center patio with books available - Good AC, good hot water pressure and stable wifi, the mini fridge - no concierge at the desk but staff is nice and very helpful

Beautiful position, clean and with a very wide room. I didn't hear any noise from the street, even if the hotel is very close to the main pedestrian street of Playa del Carmen. Beach is 10 minutes far from the hotel.

Breakfast was good, location was a bit vague at first when we tried to locate it though. Staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. Hotel location is good, just off 5th Avenue

The location and the staff were great! Is so central to everything and also very quiet at night for sleeping.

Beautiful room super comfortable and gray location and considering how closed it was from 5ta avenida it was surprisingly quiet at night
